If you are using the SIDESTREAM MEDIA, LLC Internet Service to communicate to a Referred Person (or any third party), you agree not to use such SIDESTREAM MEDIA, LLC Internet Service to harm the Referred Person or any other third party, and/or use such SIDESTREAM MEDIA, LLC Internet Service in violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations or the terms and conditions of this Agreement.Voting/Rating Features

Charges for Premium Service

You are responsible for any charges for premium content incurred by your account. We reserve the right to terminate your access to this premium service or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Upon such termination, we shall return the unused pro-rata portion of your membership fee on a 52-week pro-rated basis to you within ninety (90) days of the termination of your access to this service.

If any provision of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid or for any reason, unenforceable including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, then such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches, as closely as possible, the original provision and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Unless expressly provided otherwise, this Agreement is the entire agreement between you and SIDESTREAM MEDIA, LLC with respect to the use of this SIDESTREAM MEDIA, LLC Site and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by an authorized representative of SIDESTREAM MEDIA, LLC.
